Meet the Families

We first met in the winter of 2013 in New York City. Ben (still holding on to his youth) played guitar in a band and we met after one of his shows through mutual friends. It was obvious to both of us that we were falling in love on our first date, after “neither of us could stop smiling and laughing.” We now have been married 7 years and welcomed our son Enzo to our family 4 years ago. We live in a vibrant coastal New England town and love having BBQs in our big backyard and walking down Main Street for an evening ice cream.

About Kim:

I grew up in Massachusetts with my mom, dad, and two sisters. I went to College in NY for my bachelor’s degree in Merchandising/Business and used this degree to pursue a sales career in fashion. I enjoy being outside in the sunshine, working out at spin classes, and spending quality time with my family and friends. Above all, I love being a mom to our son Enzo and look forward to raising another baby!

About Ben:

I grew up in Rhode Island with my mom, dad, and sister and two very large extended families, all living in the state. I pursued a music degree in college that led to a career first in performance, and now in live event sales. I enjoy cooking, music, and a good college football weekend. Like Kim, I am most proud of raising our son Enzo and being a dad!

About Enzo:

Enzo is a four-year-old boy with a sweet and outgoing personality. He has a great imagination and enjoys playing dress-up in his favorite superhero costumes, running around at the playground, and making Lego and play-dough creations. He also loves taking care of our cat, Fergie, and often joins in the fun with him play-pretending he is also a cat.

From Ben about Kim:

When I met Kim, I immediately knew we would get married! We have been together over 10 years now, and I cannot picture my life without her. I am most proud of Kim’s work ethic, dedication, and the loving nurture she provides our family. Kim is an exceptional, loving mother, and will be a fantastic Mom to another baby.

From Kim about Ben:

When I first met Ben, I was drawn to his warm smile and charm. Ben is incredibly outgoing and passionate about any project he takes on. As a dad, Ben brings this energy into raising our child by diving into his imagination world and always surrounding him with love. I know he has so much more love to give to another baby!
