Meet the Families
Our journey began in middle school, blossomed in high school and carried us through as high school sweethearts. If someone told us years ago that one day we would share vows, we would have struggled to believe it. We navigated the ups and down of life, from dating, graduating from different colleges, building our careers and eventually moving in together. Then came our wedding in March 2020, a time when the world faced unprecedented challenges. The pandemic tested our bond in ways we couldn’t have anticipated but through it all we stood beside each other, turning trials into opportunities for growth and a deeper connection.
As our love grew, we realized it was meant to be shared. After spending several years trying to conceive naturally, we were met with the heartbreaking reality of infertility. Learning that we wouldn’t be able to have children was a difficult moment for us but it also opened our hearts to the beautiful possibility of adoption. After exploring this path, we felt a deep sense of assurance that adoption was the right choice for us.

Deanna truly represents love and companionship as my wife. She loves to plan adventures for us to share and likes to make each moment memorable. She has a genuine passion for learning new things and cooking new recipes. She has a strong work ethic and values education which shines through each and every day with her clients. Her dedication and hard work as a Personal Care Assistant reflects her compassionate heart in helping others. Deanna is understanding, thoughtful and always willing to lend a helping hand. Our friends’ children adore their time with her. Her vibrant spirit always fills them with joy, especially when they’re playing board games together. It’s truly heartwarming to witness the happiness on their faces.
At home, her unwavering support creates a safe and nurturing space for both of us. The deep love she has for her family, friends and me is truly inspiring and it reassures me that she will be an incredible mother one day. Deanna’s passion for Disney and cruising radiates with vibrant energy. I can already envision the enchantment of our first family trip where her imaginative ideas make unforgettable memories for us all. She has not only transformed our house into a true home, she also embodies the kind of mom who will show up every day with love, creativity and nurturing care. These special qualities make Deanna not just a great wife but a fantastic partner with whom to raise a child.

About Tristan by Deanna
Tristan is cool, calm and collected, but most of all, he’s hard-working, responsible, talented, and caring. I have no doubt that he will be a dedicated family man and I feel so truly blessed to call him my husband. Tristan is an electrical engineer and his problem-solving skills and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to his team. As part of Tristan’s job, a special event that truly warms his heart is playing a significant role alongside the mayor and Santa Claus for the annual Christmas tree lighting. I usually go with family to watch Tristan and his colleagues, but now I’m really looking forward to seeing Tristan as a dad one day doing this event. He always manages to brighten my day with his corny jokes and I can already envision them transforming into delightful dad jokes bringing laughter and joy to a little one’s face.
It’s been our dream to have children and become a family and we are grateful to have the opportunity to expand our family through adoption. We are a loving, stable and devoted couple eager to welcome a little one into our hearts and home. Our journey together has been filled with laughter, love, adventures, challenges, growth and I truly believe it is because we have a strong foundation. Tristan has a passion for sports especially basketball and football so I can’t wait for family Sunday fun day watching games together. Tristan is a provider and protector, and I can’t wait to see him become a dad; I know he will share his wonderful qualities with our child. I’m grateful to have the opportunity to experience life with an amazing man.

Our Family
Our family is our village, and we feel fortunate to live near our parents. Tristan comes from a small family, where he is the oldest of two boys. Deanna has an older brother and sister and two wonderful nephews who we adore. We are grateful for the support our families provide as we embark on our journey to adopt and their excitement about welcoming a new family member means a lot to us. To maintain a balanced relationship with both families, we actively plan and communicate how to share our time together. We recognize that it can be challenging during holidays, birthdays and special events, but we are committed to making an effort to accommodate both sides. We always try to make it work because family is so important to us and we want to share the ordinary and special moments together.

We live in a cozy duplex split level house where we have created a warm and welcoming environment filled with music, laughter and an abundance of love. We are particularly excited about our plans to transform the second bedroom into a nursery, where we can create a nurturing space for a little one. We like hosting dinner parties in our dining room where we share delicious meals, share laughs and play board games that bring out everyone’s competitive spirit. In our spare time we enjoy relaxing, cuddling on the couch, watching movies together with a bowl of popcorn for Tristan and a warm chocolate chip cookie for Deanna.
